Install Devant
Install the Alpha desktop app on a supported Mac or Windows computer.
Choose the installer supplied by your invitation, complete the operating system installer steps, then launch Devant from Applications or the Start menu.
Before you install
- Use the computer that will run the show or rehearsal playback.
- Confirm you have enough disk space for source audio and prepared media.
- Keep your Alpha invitation email available for account setup.
Install the app
- Select the installer for your operating system on the verified download page.
- Open the downloaded installer and follow the operating system prompts.
- Launch Devant after the installer completes.
Result: Devant opens to the Sign In view and is available from Applications on macOS or the Start menu on Windows.
First launch
Devant will guide you to sign in or create your invited account. Keep the desktop app up to date before a live event, and use the support package export if you need help diagnosing a setup issue.
