Playback
Playback Modes Overview
Understand when to use Edit, Rehearsal, and Recital without adding uncertainty to the booth workflow.
Edit is the project and track control center. Rehearsal adds checkpoint-based practice. Recital focuses the operator on live-safe playback.
Choose the right mode
- Edit Use for the running order, track details, playback behavior, media checks, and named rehearsal checkpoints.
- Rehearsal Use when you need to begin from Track Top or a saved start point while practicing a section.
- Recital Use for a focused live-performance view after the project and playback behavior have been checked.
Keep the mode intentional
Switch modes for the job you are doing, not because a control is easier to find. That keeps live behavior predictable for operators and teachers.
