Export a Setlist PDF
Create a printable, show-ready reference from the selected playlist.
Use Playlist > Export Setlist PDF... to create a readable PDF for the booth, stage-management table, or another approved show reference location.
What the setlist includes
The exported PDF follows the selected playlist order and includes each entry's performance number, title, duration, class/category, choreographer, and start and end positions. It also includes the project and playlist names, export time, total-entry count, and page numbers.
Export the selected playlist
- Select the named playlist you want to print. The all-tracks view cannot be exported as a setlist.
- Open the Playlist menu and select Export Setlist PDF....
- Choose the file location and confirm the filename.
- Open the PDF and verify the running order before placing it with the booth or stage-management materials.
Result: Devant saves a PDF setlist for the selected playlist. The layout uses landscape orientation automatically when the playlist details need additional width.
Use it as a show reference
A printed setlist gives the operating team a concise fallback for confirming order and routine context when a second screen is unavailable or a quick handoff is needed. Export a fresh copy after meaningful playlist or metadata changes.
